Waxwing is teaming up with the amazing crew at Belmont’s Farm House to hold a release party for the new méthode champenoise “À la Volée” sparkling Riesling! The party goes from 5:30 to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, January 23. Admission is $40/person and includes light appetizers prepared by Farm House’s new Chef, Troy Beeson, paired with the À la Volée sparkling Riesling.
Chef Troy is planning the following appetizers to pair with the sparkling Riesling:
Mushroom “escargot” (vegetarian)
Crostini with arugula and pistachio pesto, plus

Waxwing’s À la Volée will be for sale at the event with special pricing for Club Waxwing members (30% off retail and 40% for case sales).
