We have paired several of our wines with small plates created by chefs Molly Bravo and Brian Munn, as they incorporate seasonal ingredients into savory works of culinary art.
The food and wine pairing will be conducted in two seatings: 5:30 PM and 7:00 PM

Club members are limited to themselves and three guests at club pricing.
Normal pricing is $80, includes tax and gratuity. (club members receive their normal club discount)
An evening of exploration featuring a variety of flavors and textures using local and foraged ingredients.
Each course will be paired with two or more wines. Taste and decide which pairings work best.
Local caught cioppino with garlic rubbed toasted bread points
Markegard family farm beef marrow, bacon marmalade and Wylder’s homemade sourdough bread
Edible Garden: Chanterelle or porcini (depending on availability and rain) pot de creme- edible flowers, fresh, raw whipped cream from Claravale Dairy, bear fat shortbread with candied rosemary flower, cup of hot cocoa
