Chaminade Resort & Spa, a Benchmark Resort® , has announced the dates for its highly acclaimed Farm to Table Wine Dinner series that take place May through October. Now in its twelfth season, Chaminade’s culinary team prepare a bountiful alfresco dinner overlooking the Monterey Bay.

The evening begins with a wine and passed hors d’oeuvres reception at 6:00 p.m., on the outdoor patio with stunning panoramic views of the Santa Cruz Mountains and Monterey Bay. Dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. featuring a five-course menu and carefully paired wines. Enjoy soothing acoustic jams from local musician Asher Stern, which complement the dining experience.
Reserved seating is not an option, as all guests are seated at large, connecting, beautifully set tables designed to invite open conversations amongst guests.
The menu: Each menu takes careful planning by our culinary team here at Chaminade Resort & Spa. Locally sourced products make this five course meal delicious from start to finish.
