Wine Harvest Dinner

Join us for a wine harvest dinner celebration under the stars at the Sesnon House at Cabrillo College. Enjoy an array of award winning wines produced by our local vintners and culinary delights prepared by the students of the Culinary Arts Department of Cabrillo College. Ticket includes wine reception and a four course dinner. All ticket proceeds go to the Culinary Arts and Wine Program at Cabrillo College. Individual tickets are available or tables of 10. Gougere with curried shrimp
Cauliflower fritters
Grilled Chicken, caramelized onion and goat cheese tartlets
First Course
Salmon three ways –  sous vide with leek beurre blanc, vodka and dill cured, and tartar with caper, onion, and dill
Apple, walnut, gorgonzola and arugula with walnut and Spanish sherry vinaigrette
Red wine braised short ribs, toy box onions and carrots, polenta with wild mushroom ragu, micro salad of celery root and mache
