Enjoy two days in the Santa Cruz Mountains by participating in Pinot Paradise! This two day event invites you to come learn, explore and taste the Pinot Noirs produced from our legendary winemakers.

Day 1- Saturday, March 21st

Pathway to Pinot Paradise (Not Valid for Regular Passport Holders)

Come sip, sample and enjoy a day meandering your way through the many Pinot Noir producers of the Santa Cruz Mountains. Taste through barrel samples, enjoy the experience of meeting our winemakers and participate in personal tours of the vineyards. Tickets can be purchased online or at any participating winery. Ticket price is $25. This event is from 12pm- 5pm. To purchase tickets for this event, please do so at participating wineries or online. If purchased online, we will mail you a wristband and a map.

Day 2- Sunday, March 22nd

Wine Technical Session (moved from original day 1)

Learn and discover! This half day session from 9:00am – 12:00pm featuring continuing wine education for consumers and winemakers.

Join us for this unforgettable event as we take you on this magical journey from vine to glass, and showcase an array of Pinot Noirs from the oldest mountain American Viticulture Area (AVA) in the United States.

Ticket price is $45.

Pinot Noir Grand Cruz Tasting 

Pinot Paradise presents the Grand Cruz Pinot Noir and Food Tasting at the Mountain Winery in Saratoga, CA. Taste Pinot Noirs from over 40 winemakers of the Santa Cruz Mountains paired with delectable food from local gourmet restaurants.

Ticket Prices: VIP Grand Tasting $100, from 12:30pm- 4:30pm
General Admission Grand Tasting $85, from 1:30pm- 4:30pm
All Weekend Pass: Includes Pathway to Paradise, Wine Technical Session & VIP admission to the Pinot Noir Grand Cruz Tasting $145
No tickets will be mailed out for this event. Once you complete your purchase, you will be placed on the guest list.
All sales are final. There will be no refunds for unused days.



Join us for a wine harvest dinner celebration under the stars at the Sesnon House at Cabrillo College. Meet celebrity wine professionals including distinguished wine writers, Master Sommeliers and celebrity chefs. Enjoy an array of award winning wines produced by our local vintners and culinary delights prepared by the students of the Culinary Arts Department of Cabrillo College. Ticket includes wine reception and a three course dinner. All ticket proceeds go to the Culinary Arts and Wine Program at Cabrillo College. It wouldn’t be a fundraiser without a silent auction so come prepared to support these two causes!

About the Wines and Dinner:

Every year our wineries participate in a Santa Cruz Mountains Professional Wine Tasting. For 48 hours SCMWA hosts a group of distinguished wine professionals from around California. On Thursday key industry leaders and professional tasters meet for a VIP reception and on Friday they begin the Professional Tasting from 8 am to 3 pm. Wines are tasted blind by varietal, region and given points.

This year, we are hosting an Wine Harvest Dinner directly following the tasting. This dinner will be a celebration of the region’s wines and culinary delights.  As a fundraiser for both organizations there will be a silent auctions in which a portion of the proceeds will benefit both programs.

The Harvest Dinner wine reception will begin at 6 pm followed by the Harvest dinner from 7pm – 9pm.

Individual tickets are available or tables of 10. Individual tickets are $55 and a ten top is $500. Again all proceeds benefit the Cabrillo Culinary Arts Sponsorship program. Please contact the SCMWA office directly with any questions at 831-685-8463 or
